Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette

Even though I liked all of the Urban Decay Naked palettes, especially the third one with rose tones, I was never as pressed to get them as I was this one. Naked Heat is a range of twelve warm toned shadows, mostly in the orange-red family. If you recall, earlier this year I bought the NARS Unfiltered I blush palette, which has similar tones, and I still use it everyday. I guess you can say I’m fixed on the heat this summer.
As for favorite shades, I most adore He Devil, Scorched, En Fuego, Ember, but there isn’t a shade I don’t like. The shadows are easily blendable and the neutral shades at the beginning of the palette help to transition from brow to crease. As always, I chose this palette, because I feel that it’s one I can use for day time looks, but it also has shades that bring the drama when I choose.
SHADES
OUNCE (ivory shimmer)
CHASER (light nude matte)
SAUCED (soft terra-cotta matte)
LOW BLOW (brown matte)
LUMBRE (copper shimmer w/gold pearl shift)
HE DEVIL (burnt red matte)
DIRTY TALK (metallic burnt red)
SCORCHED (metallic deep red w/gold micro-shimmer)
CAYENNE (deep terra-cotta matte)
EN FUEGO (burgundy matte)
ASHES (deep reddish-brown matte)
EMBER (deep metallic copper-burgundy)

The palette also comes with this double-ended brush with soft bristles that make blending that much easier. One end is for blending and the other is a denser crease brush.
