Foam Party: Raw Sugar Living

I’ve been searching for a few months for a really good bubble bath. I could never find one, and even though I don’t take tub baths nearly as much as I shower, it’s something I always want to have on hand. Well, like any wise woman would do, I voyaged to Target where I found Raw Sugar Living. It’s a vegan, natural and plant-based brand, and that’s always the absolute most important quality for me. Raw Sugar Living’s mission is to promote clean and healthy living, and what better way to do that than to create products with no harmful ingredients like sulfates, dyes or parabens. Not only that, but they are evidently a very thorough and thoughtful brand in many other ways.

Amongst the many products they have from hand sanitizer, to hair products, to lotions to scrubs, there are three scents of the foam bath including Lemon Sugar, Raw Coconut + Mango, and the one I have here, Pineapple + Maqui Berry + Coconut. Pouring it into the water is like creating an island oasis in your bathroom; the scent couldn’t be more pleasant and relaxing. Not only does it foam well and feel good, it’s also nourishing for your skin, as it has coconut oil, my absolute favorite skin ingredient, and mango butter, known for antioxidants and it’s inability to clog pores. Maqui is known for its antibacterial and anti-aging qualities- anything to keep me looking healthy and young forever! Because I have eczema, I’m always looking for products that will help treat my skin and help me maintain moisture even when I’m not using it.

Raw Sugar Living is a brand that I love to support, because they make products with a bigger picture in mind. In addition to creating relaxing products for their consumers, they give a bar of soap to a person in need for every product purchased in an effort to address the global issue of poor hygiene. So far they have donated more than 5 million bars of soap, and i’m happy to be a part of that every time I purchase a product.

Raw Sugar Living is also thoughtful in the way that they use cold-press technology to process their fruit, meaning they are not wasteful. Rather than trying to extract one ingredient, they preserve the whole fruit, which is environmentally safe and considerate.
